On February 3rd, the new App Doodle Raider will be released!

'Doodle Raider' puts in you in the spot of a man looking to take vengeance on a tribe that ravaged your lands long ago, with a little fire and general anarchy of your own!


I wanted to make the combat to be casual and somewhat rewarding with the scavanging of fallen swords and axes to use to your advantage. Three months of loving work has finally come to the Itunes store.

Here are some key points to the game:

-Picking up torches from pots or enemies and igniting them near a fireplace gives you the firepower you'll need to raze the structures.
-Occasionally enemies will drop their weaponry; pick it up and hurl their steel back at them!
-Some of the tribesman have superior armor and smaller thrown-weapons won't penetrate their armor. Use your trusty saber or a large axe to take them down.

I'd love to get feedback from Gamesalad on my the idea of the game, playstyle (once you have it downloaded) and just talk about anything!

    Its a bit like sparta, except only one of you and you can hurl giant battleaxes at foes! Also Gerard Butler declined to do a voice over.

    I am thinking about releasing a non-paid version with the IAd network. Do any of you folk have any experiences with this, I believe a bigger audience would be available to it. What do you guys think?

    This looks like fun! I can't really help with the decision on whether to make a free version with iAP as I haven't done it myself yet but I have heard that recently iAP sales have been quite bad. It might be worth it just for exposure though. Maybe some of the more experienced guys can pitch in.

    I will be releasing a version with an IAD within the month but the paid version has more weapons, more levels, variation and broader use of the combat system!
