Android Store changing Digital Rights Management

I just submitted this question to SSS but Android Store is changing how they do digital rights protections. Now code has to be embedded in your app and they give you a public key in your developer account. I was wondering if GS is addressing this issue as they will be dropping support for the current digital rights method used now.

SSS here is a screenshot. When you submit your app and you're selecting your copyrights managment it has this notice.
