How to upgrade Membership

Hi Guys,
I would like to upgrade my account toward Express Membership. However, I cannot do this because clicking amazon or paypal check out button just brings me back to the pricing page.
What should I do? Is there a limitation for upgrading for IP address. I am from Taiwan

I Had to email but, THey were super cool and helpful.
Just a little bit of a pain because once you are ready you wanna do it and it ended up taking an extra day.
They just built a link i could use and it was really easy once they set it up.
