Help app store screenshots look Awful!

My App has just gone up in the app store, I uploaded my screenshots as JPEG's but they look fine in the app store through itunes but when viewed on the iphone they look awful really compressed.

Would it help if I just update them to PNG's easily enough of do I have to re-submit my app to do this!

    I use jpeg and I don't have any problems.

    If you want to change your screenshot you just have to go to iTunes Connect and upload the new ones, no need to resubmit your app (beware that it could take up to a few hours to see changes on the AppStore).

    You are not talking about ABS.ORB are you? Those screen shots look great.

    No I have a new one just gone up, promo codes here soon. Princess Phonetics. It looks good in itunes on my computer, but when viewed on the iphone the screenshots are really bad.

    I just need to know if I change these to PNG will it help, and it will not have to be resubmitted to the store again?

    okay just updated the screenshots to PNG's so I will see if it makes a difference in a few hours.

    Probably a good idea. I often surf for apps from the iPhone, as much as from the computer, and I usually judge a game more by the screen shots than the description.
