Help with submitting art to marketplace

Hey there, im having some issues understanding the whole process of sending art into the marketplace. im making a artpack, and each of the art files is labeled a 3 letter word and a 5numbers. abc00001 abc00002 etc etc, but i dont know if im opening the csv file in the right program ( open office) and i dont quite understand all the different sections , like active,sellable, contains, sale, price, daily, deal etc etc. im not quite sure what im supposed to put into those sections. if anyone is able to help me out, it would be greatly apreciated.
