importing wav. files?

Howdy GS developers,.im aware that gamesalad uses mp3 files for sounds is it possible to import, wav. files' would they convert as i.e images change to png. files?

    Hi lightbulb, yes, GSC automatically converts wav, aiff and mp3 files to mp4 for music and ogg vorbis for sounds. You might want to consider optimising the sounds after and replacing them in the package (same with images) to reduce file sizes even further.
