Achievements In Gamecenter

Do I have to have a pro membership to use Gamecenter achievements? Because I know that you have to have a pro account to use the leader boards, but what about achievements? And, if you don't need a pro account, how do you add them to your game, and have a screen showing your unlocked achievements?
