Taking requests for game music packs.

So some of the people on the forums will already know that we have started releasing affordable music packs. So GS users who are not musicians themselves can still have some high quality music for their games. So far we have released 3 packs. The next pack will probably be a heavy metal pack but after that we're undecided.

So if you have requests for a specific style of game music just say so here. And if certain styles seem more needed than others we'll do our best to make something community members will want.

e.g maybe you want music that sounds cartoony and mysterious for a casual puzzle game? Or maybe something dark and menacing for a horror game? Or maybe fast and heroic action music...?

Late 1970s reggae with hints of 'nu-jazz' and 'black metal' which references the work of both William Orbit, the Rolling Stones, the Smashing Pumpkins and Eddy Grant, all done on an original 1960s Mellotron with a kind of disjointed, shuffling South American polyrhythm set against a multi-layered bit-crushed JP8000 string/piano hybrid pad sound.


With maracas.

That's almost it, just with a little more compression on the tail of the reverb of every third snare hit.

Ok so, joking aside the next music packs to be released will be:
1) Metal/Industrial Metal
2) Electro/Drum & Bass/Sci-fi (as requested by @imGua )

@pitso Well I might release a free music pack at some point. Although it wouldn't be one of the ones already released as that would be unfair to those who already bought it.
But it will have to wait as I'm up to my elbows in game dev at the moment...!

@LeonardDeveloper Ninja Rock. That should have its own section in itunes I'll give that one a think after I get through this current wave of game dev I'm doing. But thanks for the request.

BTW, it's before your time but the best ninja rock comes from these games. Ever. No arguments!

Ok, the industrial metal pack (pack 4) is finished. So next is the electronic music pack. I reckon it should be done by next week. And then... well I'm not sure yet.
