No provisioned iOS devices are available with a compatible iOS version. Connect an iOS device with a recent enough version of iOS to run your application or choose an iOS simulator as the destination.

    1. Make sure you have the latest Xcode installed.
    2. Make sure device is setup in the provisioning portal for development.
    3. Renew or create a new app id and provisional profile.
    4. Download and double click to install into Xcode.
    5. Change the viewer bundle id in the .plist file to match what you use in step 3.
    6. Build within Xcode

yeah i did all that but actually the problem was in organizer for some reason i had to re-click "use for development" again. Not sure why it changed as it was working fine until I updated, but all good now.

    Thanks
