What kind of review time waiting periods are you experiencing on app submittal to Apple?
Are you experiencing different waiting periods for pay apps vs. free apps?

    Think you may need to redo your choices and make them more granular at the lower end of the spectrum...

    Hmm...
    A while back...I understood it was taking over 2 months to review an app...So its improved significantly?

    Yeah, folks are reporting 1-3 days and for a short while there some were getting it done in the same day by the sound of it.
