Here's the original thread http://forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/32594/resizing-to-ipad-technique. There are a couple ways to do this, but essentially, if you start with Iphone, you just change the scene attributes camera width/height to the iphone size (480X320) and set camera tracking to 0,0. If you have round actors, they may be skewed, so you'll have to make an adjustment on these actors (some sort of multiplier, Tenrdrmer covers it in the threat).
