Gamesalad wont accept Keystore password while updating a game

I want to update a game, but gamesalad don't accept the keystore password. I'm sure it's correct, and I even created another one, and it also dont accept.

anyone with the same problem?

    I already found the solution. It was happening because I had changed my mac language back to portuguese.
