Long review times

Hey guys, does anybody know about long review times for apps, this is the third time I have sent in my app and it has been a day already, last time it took 5 days in review and for my last 2 times I've sent it in a few minutes after I send my binary to them it is suddenly in review. The first time it was waiting for review for 7 days (which is around the time yours pole say it takes before it gets reviewed) and an hour after the in review email was sent, it was out of review (but it was rejected). Does anybody know why it is so long. My app is small, no Internet or gamecenter behaviours. It's a run and jump. So why does it take so long?
