Laggy Sound effects

Does anyone know why my game would be playing the sound effect like a split second late? Try my game out at my profile called "Falling Blocks" (it's the only one I have up) and does anyone know how to solve this? The format I used was .MP3. Is it better that I use a WAV file? It sounds normal when I play it on the preview thing in GS (the green arrow) but when I web preview it, it sounds off. Please let me know if you guys know how to solve that problem, thanks!! :)

Yeah HTML 5 doesn't handle sound great right now.

Does it have any pitch shifting applied to it through GameSalad?

HTML5 won't do pitch shifting, and will play the sound normally, so if the pitch was altered to be higher in GameSalad, it will play a fraction of a second later when viewed in HTML5, because it has been slowed back down to normal through web publishing.

There is no pitch shifting, from what I remember. I just want the sound effects to work as they sound in the preview. I just put the sound in the sound library then chose the sound effect to play whenever a certain thing happens, but it's just lagging for a split second :(

btw my music loops aren't working as well either, there is that small tiny noticeable gap that plays whenever it loops and it's really bothering me. I looked at the file and it's a WAV file, and I don't think I saw any gaps when I put it in Audacity!

I'm still trying to find out why it's giving me a lag :( Is it only for Web or would it do that on the iPhone too??
and for the loops that play a split second silence i still have that problem :/ I import it directly from Logic Pro 9 and I Chose EXACTLY where I want to bounce it and it still does it! (I tried both WAV and M4A formats)

EDIT: NEVERMIND! i finally found the silence part in the loop and took it out!
