Nice idea. The GUI needs work though, the fonts and buttons look horrible ... sorry, no offence but you won't get many sales like that.
On 1 of the screenshots you say the red numbers on the side mean the frets, they don't at all. They actually mean the strings, and in my opinion you should have the string letters there. i.e. EADGBE. The fret is the position on the neck, so on your G chord, your middle finger is on the bottom E on the 3rd fret.

Dont mean to sound negative but look at the other apps that are your competition;

Cool thanks guys, like i said it's a work in progress.. I am gonna adjust some of the stuff change up the fonts and buttons and such.. I got the buttons to animate when you touch them.. I am gonna make some more adjustments as i go along..I appreciate your guys input!
