= Omicron Shield = available now + promo codes

Hey guys,

My name is Stefan Kietzman and I've just finished my game Omicron Shield. This game is a side-scrolling shooter, the twist is that you can deflect your enemies attacks back at them.
It's out on the app store and has gotten some good reviews but it would be wonderful for it to get some more exposure. I've spend a long time making this game and I'd love to hear what you think. If you would put a review on itunes that would be superb.
I have sent a bunch of promo codes to blogs but I love the gamesalad community so I want to give back and have some people play my game.

Hey, I just checked it out. Really nice game. Simple, and good instructions on how to play. Great graphics, smooth gameplay, and one of the only games I've seen that the default GameSalad fonts look good for score keeping. Nice work, man. I hope it does well for you.

Haha thanks man. Yeah i was worried that the default fonts would hurt the game but I tweaked them a lot think they work. Thanks for checking it out, Im working on some updates for the game now.

Really cool, oldskool-looking game, music rocks imo.
I'm just wondering why shield and shooting buttons are so big?

Well it might be that i have HUGE hands! haha. No but seriously i do have big hands and pressing buttons on a tiny screen sucks sometimes. This game is calibrated to fit me since im testing it. Do you think it would be better smaller? Ill have to give that a try. Other than a iphone i play games on my xbox and sometimes i just hate having to touch the area that im trying to look at. Its the downfall of touchscreen phones i guess. Maybe iphone will do a touch back of phone kinda like the PSP vita, i think that would be nice.
