Amazon App Store Problems

Hello, I recently released my first app on amazon and it has done great reaching the top 100 paid. However I tried to release a soundboard app now and I got rejected with this error. This is for Amazon Kindle

There was an issue with your application submission: If the user navigates away from the application by pressing the device Home key the application audio can still be heard on the device Home screen. Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch the application 2. Select 'Play' 3. Select any soundboard 4. Press the device Home key 5. Notice while the user is on the device Home screen the application audio is still generated from the background --- Device and OS tested on: Samsung Galaxy Tab Android OS Version: 2.2

    What version of the creator are you using? I thought this was solved in 0.9.89 but maybe its coming out it the next release. Amazon normally misses this stuff as thier review process is a bit lax but the nook guys will catch it for sure. So if its not working in 0.9.89 it should be solved in 0.9.90 I think. Im pretty sure they posted about a bunch of audio fixes just don't remember if they said that one was solved or slated for the next release.

    Thanks for the response, I might have submitted before 0.989 but I thought I had 0.989 when submitted. Ill probably just submit it again this time with the newest version for sure and odds are I'll get a more lax reviewer. Im sure 0.990 will have a fix since GS is so awesome :).

    it sure takes long for amazon to review my app. it's been almost a wk. usually how long it takes for it to go live?

    It normally takes about a week. I agree the process is painfully slow and then it takes additional time to be tested for kindle, it's all very confusing. Plus I still have no clue when I will get paid by Amazon. Poor system but sales are just too good too resist :)

    my tablet version just got approve today, hopefully i will start seeing sales.
