Cannot Publish to Android @ Gamesalad Publisher

HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!

i trying to upload my game to Android through GS Publish Manager but im stuck with the "!" at the GS Publish Manager... i tryed to generate the keystore and the apk file through eclipse and terminal but nothing happened...i did all the updates from sdk-->android-skd-macosx-->tools-->android but im still having this issue....
any solution???
