Just published my game... I think?

Hey, so I'm happy to have just published my first game. I followed all of the tutorials for publishing and everything seems to have gone fine. I got the shower of fireworks finally haha.

Now I'm a little concerned... The game is free with iAds. After publishing, I logged into my itunes connect to manage the ads. However, it is not showing that any apps have been uploaded. It has the option to upload through there, but I'm thinking that it takes time to update or won't show up until the game gets approved. Anybody else gone through this process and have some input?

Just to confirm, you do have a pro gamesalad membership?

That's correct, I also used the iAds attributes where I wanted them to show up during game play.

you have to take the .app file gamesalad gives you when you publish, zip it, and upload that threw itunes connect

I'm trying that now, but I keep getting an error when submitting... Application failed codesign verification. The signature was invalid, or it was not signed with an iPhone Distribution Certificate.

I've set that up in my Provisioning --> Distribution setup @ developer.apple.com. It seems that I have everything needed, there's just something i'm missing that I don't see.

Oh this is a simple issue! This happened to me numerous times that's why I made a publishing guide that if you follOw exactly nothing will go wrong, what you've done incorrectly is that you signed this with your development provisioning profile instead of your distribution one..... Just go into developer.apple.com log in, go to provisioning portal click on provisioning profiles and navigate to the "distribution" section on the tab bar.... Then Create a distribution profile and download it..... And then go though the GS publishing process again just this time choose your distribution certificate....... You can also refer to my well guided and specific tutorial for more help here is the link to my tutorial: http://thermo-apps.com/gamesalad/apple-publishing/
    Hope this helps,

Hey, so I gave up for a little bit and got the game published to Android and Amazon. Now I'm ready to tackle this. I got everything ready, submitted it through the application loader. Then I got an email saying this: "Invalid Code Signing Entitlements. Specifically, value SFDFHREA8 is not supported."

I checked in my Apple IDs in my provisional profile to see if I could change that number. It won't let me and it is a number that was given to me at some point. I don't understand why that would be generated if it is invalid. Anybody know how to change it or get a new one?

the best advice i can give is to follow tshirtbooth's videos and do EXACTLY what he says for all your certificates.....first blow them all away and start from scratch. trust me on this one

    Hi
The most important part that everyone is leaving out here is BEFORE you submit your GS game to itunes, you MUST make a distribution profle and a distribution certificate FIRST before anything else. It is exactly the same as making a provisional profile but you have to click on the distribution tab. NEXT you have to use the SAME distribution profile to publish the GS game. (if you used the provisional profile to save it, you have to save it again with the distribution profile. you get to hear the fireworks again!!)
Then zip the new file and upload it to itunes. Tadah...this will work (if tshirtbooth's video had this part in it, he would have saved me 7 hours of grief!!)
