some templates are missing

hey GS developers, you know it is usually possible to see and download some templates people put onto gamesalad, not sure how is it call, but i've always been able to go to the new tab and see some free templates and stuff people put so generously, however lately these days some templates have been messing, i mean there are some but still some templates that used to help me alot aren't there any more.
aso why would this be i know it is holidays but i hope this could be fix

    The templates (in the New+ section) were missing for me for around a week, but are back now.

    Yeah a lot of people have reported this. They appear for me, they just take extremely long to show up. Same thing with the published games in my portfolio.

    I have the same problem, its been like that for more than a week now and its not really loading or anything.
    It just stops at the "Alien War" template
