IAd is receiving test ads message?

I finally got my app released. I have a few apps in store already . I have iAd enabled on another app already so I am set up.
I have put a behavior in my app for iAd !s and filled out form about primary users. The problem is when I go to iTunes connect > iAd network I have a message that states my app is receiving test adds. Anyone seen this? Do you know what it means.

Perharps your country dosnt support iAds?

If you are running beta iOS versions you will only get test ads.
