Release this version question

I can't get the itunes connect guide to download which I am guessing has my answer, goodness knows why. So I am deferring to you knowledgeable people. I want to release an update tomorrow. Everything is ready to go and I have the green "release this version" button. But my question is when do I hit it? If I hit it now, will it release tomorrow? Do I wait until tomorrow to hit it or would that be too late?

    It will be released about 1 hour after you press this button , so when you decide to release your game , press it ;)
    What is the game by the way ?

    Beautiful, thank you! I really appreciate the response, my internet is running like dial up today and cutting in and out, so frustrating! I couldn't even get the apple developer forums to come up. Makes it hard to research anything.
