I could not publish as an Android
I get (not an apk) error
Did I make mistake?
Did I forget something ?
I think everyone has this problem
and the big problem is that technical support does not respond.
we are pro. we pay for this. and what we get ?

I will say that I personally am able to publish to android now without those errors. Some of the publishing issues have been traced to firewall issues on the netwrok the user is using. You might try going to somewhere with free wifi and try publishing to see if you have the same issues.
I can assure you GameSalad is not ignoring your issue. They are working to solve all of the new android issues.

Hey, to echo what tenrdrmer is saying, there is a difference between reporting a bug and reporting a customer support issue when using the contact form. The type of issue will determine the level of response that you can expect to receive.

Customer Support Issues generally include difficulties with: accessing or using GameSalad Creator, payment systems, account access, technical issues, etc.
Customer service issues are answered via email by our Customer Support team, within 48 business hours of inquiry. Please be mindful that we are not open on weekends or holidays.
Bug Reports:
Bug Reports pertain to encounters with GameSalad Creator (or any of our tools and services) behaving in an unexpected, or obviously broken manner. When submitting please include the encountered behavior, the expected behavior, and the steps to reproduce the encountered behavior.
Our internal team does not respond individually to each bug report received. Our team will only reach out individually (via email) if we need additional information to investigate the reported issue. We will continue to provide general feedback regarding widespread reported issues on the forums.
