Make sure:
-you have your certificates
-certificates are on your keychain.
-your using a development provisioning profile.

Thanks Florida Games,for the Video. It help, except I keep getting an "Application failed codesign verification. The signature was invalid, or it was not signed with an iphone Distribution Certificate."

If you would please help. Where I go to fix this and how.

whats happening is that you may be signing with a production provisioning profile, there are two types a production and a development, try signing with the development

I have the following certificate in "My certificates" in my keychain:
iphone Distribution, iPhone Developer, Apple Production IOS Push Services
