Help with Parse Error - anyone?

I can get a keystore and publish an .apk successfully - zipaligned as well.
When I try to install on the phone I get a parse error (installed using Appinstaller via memory card).

Can anyone help? I read that a parse error may be caused by a diiference between the SDK version and OS version of the phone but I have all the SDKs installed and running the most up to date OS for the phone (2.3.3). This is the last piece of the puzzle holding me back.

    Same error ever since the release of "Android Publishing". Watched ever video known to man on publishing, deleted and remade tons of .keystore files, tried on numerous devices, GameSalad has released "patches", uninstalled and reinstalled GameSalad, and STILL can not publish to Android. At least I was able to log in to the forums today to voice an opinion on the matter.

    I have pretty much given up on Android publishing at this point.

    has had that problem after the update, for now i'm just using the viewer instead of sending apk to my device.
