Wher do I get "Developer Identity"

Hi all,

I have a provisioning profile set up and when I go to publish in GS i get a message that i am missing the "Developer Identity"
Can anyone help?

    You have to download and install your 3 certificates from the provisiong portal. Theres videos on gshelper.com im pretty sure that show you how
