What point do we add custom splash screen (pro member)

Sitting here at work I had a thought.
I uploaded my new app about 3 days ago and realized that I didnt stumble across a point in which I selected my splash screen...

I have uploaded apps in the past and they have my splash screen, so does it just save the image for all future publishings until I decide to change it?

    its under the advanced options when publishing

    I remember going into advanced setting to remove the "gloss" on the icon, but unless it was under a different sub tab the part for splash screen did not catch my eye. Any idea of it saves settings from previous games lol otherwise i think i will be submitting an update rather soon.
