Last day to publish?

Hello!
When Apple will close AppStore for Christmas? 23th of December? And when it's the last day to send app to Apple, so they will release it before Christmas?
Could it be that way, that I'll send my app this weekend, and it will be available after New Year?

23rd is the last day they will be there, and I'm sure they have no guarantee for a submit date that will make it to the App Store before New Years.

If you send it now probably you will be able to have it on the app store before they close on the 22. That's if they keep with the current review times (that are about a week) and if the app doesn't get rejected.
