Changing Published apps details - advice please

Hi, I understand if I submit a new binary, say an update that it has to be approved by apple, but can I change the description of my text via itunes connect without it having to be resubmitted, or does every change have to be approved?

You can change the description at anytime, even if you don't upload a new binary, but the keywords can only be changed each time you do an update, so once you submit your game, and it's accepted, the key words are locked in until the next update
