Xcode 4.2.1 - problems

I took advantage of a major system crash to reformat, upgrade to OS X Lion, an install Xcode 4.2.1.

But have just lost a day with the problems below:
Downloaded my iPhone developer certificate.
Downloaded the WWDR intermediate certificate.
Downloaded the GSviewer provisioning.

Now, the Xcode organizer says for the GSviewer provisioning profile:
-valid signing identity not found
-xcode could not find a valid private key/certificate pair for this profile in your keychain

When I check my keychain, the certificates are installed and valid. Strangely before rebooting the certificate was marked as not trusted, even though the source is com.apple .
Creating a new provisioning profile for GSviewer has exactly the same behaviour.

Any known problems with Lion, Xcode 4.2.1 and certificates?

By the way, to avoid answers like: watch Tshirt's videos... -> it was all working well for almost a year with many GSviewer and Gamesalad updates before this system upgrade, so I'm no beginner at installing the viewer.

Forget about it. Had to re-request every certificate because of the clean install.
