Scroll bars

The scroll bars in the newest version are not selectable in the scene editor. I use a standard mouse because the magic mouse makes my hand hurt. I dont have touch gestures available to me so i cant scroll the scene horizontally by grabbing the bars. the mouse wheel scrolls the scene vertically.

I can make them appear, just not select them in the scene editor. They are selectable in the rule editor however and i can drag them.
