armv6 still present even with Xcode 3.2.6

Okay so I built a boot drive put a clean version of 10.6.8 on it and downloaded Xcode 3.2.6, downloaded the new GS and installed it. Brought over my Dev profile, keys and certs. Tried to update one of my apps and received the Armv6 error. So this doesn't seem to be an Apple error. My sons computer has an older version of Gs on it, I'm going to bring that in and test it.
