Release date vs approval date

My game had the release date set for today but was approved on Tuesday. Have I lost the chance to show on the first page of 'release date'. My game is 'the danger room' and can only be found by an exact name search.

Is this one of the problems which everyone else is going on about.

What's the best way to avoid this in future?

    Doesn't actaully show up on the release date section for a day or so. You will likely be ok. However the safest thing is to set your date way in the future and then the day you get the approval go in and change your date to the same day. It will then show up a day or so later and have max time on the firs page. If it's early in the week it can even make it a coue days. Hard to say if that out weighs one strong weekend day though.
