Honey Tribe: Colony Collapse v1.3 has just gone live on iTunes!

The best eco-racer for iOS just got a new update. Once again you can help Corbee the drone bee (and unlikely hero) to save the colony and find out what is making all his friends sick.

GS users in particular might find the unique sound design interesting. Each flower you collect makes a musical chime which plays in time with the various other musical elements. So as the player you control the melody of the game.

Also, after the initial load there are no loading times as the main game is one scene. So pausing, changing level or restarting a level is all very seamless which makes for a smooth gameplay experience.

If you didn't pick up Honey Tribe the first time round here's what Pocket Gamer had to say about it: “It's rare to find a game with such a strong ecological message as Honey Tribe: Colony Collapse...Honey Tribe is not only a remarkably endearing little game, but it's also incredibly addictive." - Silver Award, 8/10

Update Features:

Those pesky crab spiders are a bit easier to see now.
And the praying mantis won't creep up on you so soon in endless mode.
In both story and endless mode your (bee) ninja skills will now be more apparent.
Endless mode is a whole lot more fun with the improved score system. Chain scoring gives a bigger score multiplier. Feel that tension when you collect 50 flowers without getting hit!
Also a few bug fixes.

Some more nice things people have said about Corbee and his chums:

“The endearing hand drawn nature of the graphics is a particular shining light to the whole thing making it a touch above the rest in the endless running genre.” - 148apps.com, 4/5

“If you’re a nature lover, or simply a lover of well-executed games, Honey Tribe: Colony Collapse is worth checking out. Download it today.” - AppAdvice.com, 4.5/5

“But the brilliance of this game is that it raises awareness of a real-world problem...This is a good game that’s also doing some good.” - TouchReviews.net, 4/5

I've allocated a few promo codes for the GS forums so just leave a message here if you'd like one.
