Project "point click" from Applaud

Hi guys,
I haven't made a project progress blog for my other games. But thought it might inspire me and motivate me to complete it...and benefit from your input.
I've got 2 games on the go, a colourful multi-level puzzler and then this one.... I've put a small movie below which shows the style I'm going for. It's going to be a point and click puzzle adventure. I'm creating a 3d environment but want to try something a but different with a minimalist, monochromatic style, great storyline (hopefully), some twists, clever puzzles and beautiful effects and music ... (thats how I want it to turn out anyway!)
I've removed the name on the menu screen because I haven't reserved it yet. The game will start straight from the menu page with no instructions.
What do you guys think? Do you think people will like playing a largely colourless point & click? I'm not going to texture anything but will have 3d effects such as moving and rotating objects, images update to show correct status as you can see from the movie when stepping backwards through transitions.
Well.... your thoughts will be helpful...let me know

It'd definately get my attention and looks like something I'd want to play.
I won't give too much gameplay/storyline away here but will update with some more screenshots soon or video next week.
The popular AppAdvice gives Snap Trap 4/5 Stars! "A new puzzle game that is both challenging and fun." - App Advice
"Overall, it’s a well designed and attractive action/puzzler that feels intuitive to play and doesn’t look like loads of other iOS games." - Arcade Life
What do you think looks best?
2D style
3D style (just a demo ignore the little unrendered artifacts in the snow)
I've also finished the first puzzle room. Would love to post a video to show the puzzle (blanked out here) and some of the effects (billowing dust etc) but can't give everything away!! In this room, the panel is on the far wall and it zooms in for the game so this picture shows it zoomed in.
Anyway hope you like how its looking. I've got a fair idea of how the game will progress and storyline but its coming together organically at this stage. that's how I roll ;-)
If you need help with this I'd love to contribute a prop or a repeatable texture or something.
anyway I'll keep an eye out on your progress regardless! This is almost EXACTLY what I was hoping to use gamesalad or stencylworks or flixel or whatever else to do.
good luck!

My total experience with 3D work is 2 weeks! so I'm sure I'll run into things later on that I might need help with. So thanks for your kind offer. I looked at your portfolio, looks really good. I've been teaching myself sketchup as I go and really enjoy modelling like this now. Even for setting up 2D shots like this its great fun and has great results.
The door looks really nice! Nice work!
