Viewer installation issue

hey guys,
I am trying to reinstall viewer onto my iphone 4. But it seems to be freezing and it is showing this message in the debugger. Any ideas?

Here is another message I noticed in the debugger. i think I got this issue by my game crashing while hooked up to my Iphone.

This generally means that another instance of this process was already running or is hung in the debugger.(gdb)
