Unable to select launch screen

Hi. I just upgraded to the pro version. I am trying to upload to iTunes and I am trying to set my launch screen. The problem is, when I click on change image all of the image I have prepared for the launch screen are grayed out, or in other words, un-selectable. Any ideas why? Thanks in advance.

It has to be portrait 320x480 & either JPEG or PNG.
