What screen size to use if creating for android tablets 7" ?

i'm trying to create games for android devices for 7" tablets what dimension screen should i use?

    u mean when it runs on tablet it will auto resize to cover whole screen?

    I believe the 1024x600 used by the kindle and nook is also what the 7" tablets use. I would make all Android Tablet versions 1024x600 it will scale or put bars on the sides as need to fill the screens of any device that has a different Resolution.
