Send Crash Report Looping

So I had to force-quit Gamesalad the last time I opened it. Now that I'm trying to open it again, a 'send crash report' window is popping up. The spinning rainbow thing is appearing, so I can't click on not now or send report. So I have to force-quit it again.
Then, of course, it asks me to send the crash report again. I can't open my game now.
Reinstalling GS is out of the question - I don't want to update to the new version and have to deal with new bugs as a result. I do not have the time for that. I paid $499 for this software and I expect, at the very least, a working product.
