If you get an app that has been "Cancelled by Google: Payment declined" status, do not deleted this. Just because it's been decline doesn't mean it want eventually go thru. About 10% get resolved and you get paid. After ten days google will remove it if not resolved.
Once you put an app for free, you cannot change it to be a paid app.
If you have a charge challenged by the buyer and the charge is reversed, your charged $4.99 by Google. If your app sales for $10.00 or more you can challenge the charge, if less you stuck with the fee. This does not happen very often. I've sold about 12,000 games and its happened three times.
You can never delete an app.
If I can think of anything else I will post more.

On the Android market the buyer can return the app within 15-30 minutes without buying it. If they re-download it a second time then they have to purchase it.
Any app can be re-downloaded from the market, free or paid.
My games sold really well until about three months ago, then things dropped to about 3-5 sales a day. I've not put a new game out on Android or iPhone in about a year. Was hoping to port my eight GS games over the Android market.
I have a game called Bubble Blast on the iPhone that has made some good money over the last year.
Would love to hear more tips and strategies from you.
Thanks
