Android Publishing on Basic?

Why is android publishing a feature for both pro and basic. What is the difference between them? These are probably easy answers, sorry.

    I believe publishing for all devices is available on both basic and pro.

    Actually, Android publishing is a professional feature, and not currently available in the basic membership. Developing for Android is a much more varied, complex, and developer intensive dev environment than iOS and we've we've chosen to introduce this feature to our Professional members.

    What do you thing they're working on? Have you been under a rock when all latest announcements have been about reworking their engine to improve performance? This isn't a significant update per se, the last big one was focussed around performance and so is the next big one. This is a filler as there were some fixes to be done and also they have (i believe) a separate team working on the Android side of things. Therefore, with that and the fixes being ready, an interim update has been released.
