Localization - Do I need to create lots of versions for world market

Hi,

My app has just been approved and I 'think' its on the US market but I couldn't find it on the UK market so I created another language version.

Do I have to do this for every country in order for it to appear in their app stores?

    No you don't, it will still be released worldwide but it might help in places like Japan for eg if you make a local version.

    Obviously sales in none English speaking countries could be low if there's a lot of text to read and they don't understand English.
