iOS 5 update, missing apps question

Hi guys,
In my never ending battle against the evil Provisioning Profile Empire, I have a question. By now, I should be able to do this, but I still can't:
When I updated my iPad to iOS 5, several of my apps, which were made with GS, no longer appear on the device. I can never figure out how to get them back. I set my iPad back up as a development device but I'm not sure what to do next. I'd appreciate any advice. I think I have a better chance of understanding the controls to a space shuttle than this whole provisioning profile/certificate thing. Thank you:)

It was a simple as downloading the latest Configuration Utility and reinstalling. Thanks again.
