Need a sound engineer

Anyone here makes music/sounds? I need someone to make me a few short sounds, a short melody which goes for about 20 - 30 seconds and another short melody which goes for about 3 - 4 seconds.

Otherwise, is there a type of software out there which all this can be done on?
