Crashing when Return to initial scene.

Recently, I have been having problems with GameSalad when I reset the scene, or attemp to return to the initial scene. I set up a series of menus, (pause menu, which leads to a "Return to Main Menu (initial scene)). When I press "Yes" through my menus to return to the initial scene, GameSalad would simply crash. This has happened before when the actor would lose all of his lives and the scene would have to reset, GameSalad would crash. I need help. Thank you.

Edit: When I preview the Pause Menu separately from Level 1, it goes to back to the Main Menu normally. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you again.
