THE I CHING MANDALA
I've made an oracle based on the I Ching or book of changes.
For those that don't know the I Ching is thought to be the oldest Chinese book dating back to 300BC. The book consist of 64 Hexagrams that are selected by the use of flipping coins or more traditionally picking yarrow stalks that create a 'sign of the times' in their selection. Things are not 'random' in the I Ching but 'synchronistic' as explained by Carl Young in the opening preface to the Classic English edition. Each of the 64 Hexagrams represents a particular state in the cycle of changes that occur in life and a pearl of wisdom is then given by the sage for that particular moment.

My version of this classic Taoist text uses a Mandala to pictorially display the reading as it unfolds through the 6 coin flips to the 64 hexagrams.
Gamesalad was the perfect tool for this project and though I came across some limitations I was able to solve all the issues to make what I think is a very presentable professional looking app.
If you like the I Ching or fancy a look at this then I'm providing 5 promo codes for Gamesalad users:
[Please mention which code you have taken so others know which are still available]

Remember it's not a game but a way of asking the advice of the sage at any given situation you may find yourself in. Could prove invaluable over time!
If you enjoyed using the app a review in the itunes store would be appreciated.
