--Game Description--

Do you enjoy explosions, rockets and overall awesome things? Have you always wanted to fly your own rocket but never could? Well now you can! In this one-of-a-kind game for the iPhone/iPod Touch, Test Launch!

In this AppStore first you actually take control of your rocket as you try to collect all the stars from each level! Sounds easy right? Think again! There are tons of obstacles blocking your path to Rocket Control Super Stardom! Things like:

•Your own path (that’s right no doing the same thing twice here, you actually have to be creative!)

•Trees (Rockets don’t like those …try and avoid)

•Treacherous Underwater Currents (Fun until they plow you into the edge of the screen)

•Underwater mines (At least they don’t explode…)

•Gravity (Not a bad thing until it smacks you into the face of a planet)

That list may sound scary but don’t let it distract you from the 3 awesome worlds and 60 very challenging levels you have in front of you.

**Test Launch Features**

•Touch and Drag Launching

•Intuitive Touch Steering (ex. Touch right half of screen → Turn right)

•Fuel Dependant Speed (The more fuel you have, see top left corner, the faster you go)

•Smooth Gameplay

•Simple (Easy to pick up and play, hard to master)

•For All Ages

•Simple Graphics

•Hours of Fun

•Lots of Replay Value

Use logic, strategy, technique and finesse to crush all 60 challenging levels and reach Rocket Control Super Stardom!

Nice job...I really like the combination of gameplay methods, rocket launch plus steering.

Bought it earlier today and have played a few levels. Overall I think it is great (and I'll leave an iTunes review saying so). Here's some constructive feedback that I won't put in my iTunes review. The biggest frustration for me was that there were times when the path of my first rocket made it impossible to even fire the second rocket. At first I thought "well, I'll just plan for this and be sure to leave room for a second rocket." Problem is that with the rocket and tree placements on some levels it was virtually impossible to leave room for a second rocket let alone a third. Couple this with the loading time that comes from using a pause scene popup and then a reset scene it became very frustrating to try and get it right on the first rocket knowing that I was going to have to go through the reset process if I wasn't perfect. My suggestion is to have the rocket trail disappear after each turn.

I wanted to end on a positive note. I love the graphics. I love the gameplay - very original and very fun. The overall polish of the game is fantastic. Best of luck with it!

Thank you for the criticism scitunes! and I understand your frustrations. I realize I probably should have placed the trees a little farther back on some of the levels. Sorry about that! If its any consolation tho the next 2 worlds are much better :).

Thank you for your complements also! It means alot as I've spent quite some time working on this and I look forward to reading your review :)

And maybe when 9.8 comes out the loading issues will be gone. Although you must admit compared to some Gamesalad games the loading times arent that bad.. :)

    Once again thanks!

    @uptimistik, scitunes

Do you think updating the certain levels that have this issue would be a good idea or would it be counterproductive to change the levels after already being released?

Hey I really love the game play! thanks for promocode, but one thing that was negative. only thing.
The trials! I think when you fail theese should disapear because you will on many levels have to restart the game manually. so if you could remove the trials everytime you fail this would be my dream game!

The load times aren't bad but it could be instant with a few change attribute behaviors. The main point is that the lasting trail makes the 2nd and 3rd times impossible. I would not change the level layout at all. I would suggest having a game Boolean that is triggered by the rocket crash. When this Boolean is triggered have the trail dots destroy themselves so that next rocket only has to worry about its own trail.
