Mac appstore provisioning profile won't open - help

Hey ,
i registered as mac appstore dev , i made all the certificates and made app id then i made a provisioning profile but xcode does not recognize it , its icon is blank , i think iv'e tried everything , double click , drag to xcode , drag to organizer , hit the "+" , nothing works :/

Any advices?

    Iv'e installed xcode 4.1 , still not working ..
