!!!! Publishing my iphone app PLEASE HELP !!!!

How do i upload my app using the Application uploader. I have gone though the steps shown in the tshirtbooth video and keep getting the warning "application failed codesign Verfication.... etc etc "

PLEASE SOME ONE HELP .... ready to throw in the towel.

    Are you sure you you have signed with an app store distribution profile?

    Post some more details and we should be able to get you sorted :)
