Publishing does not remember all settings?

Hi all,
Firstly, I wish this forum had a better search facility (such per sub-forum is a must!) :0
Secondly, I've noticed a couple of minor bugs with publishing in that it doesn't seem to remember all my settings, and every time I publish I have to re-enter them. These fields are
Language
Sub Category
Splash Screen
Glossy Icon
Orientation (iPhone)
Not a major thing, but just gets annoying if i forget to change them
